1. Yogurt

You must have heard this many times, that curd should not be eaten at night. This is because eating curd at night increases kapha and pitta dosha in your body, which can also lead to cold and cough, joint pain, nausea and constipation. According to Ayurveda experts, it is better to drink buttermilk instead of curd.

2. Raw Salad

Most people try to include salad in their diet. However, eating it at night should be avoided. The reason behind this is that salad is cold and dry, which aggravates the vata dosha in a person. Due to which problems like bloating, gas, lack of water, restlessness and dizziness occur. We should have a good sleep after dinner, but salad will not allow your body to relax. According to Ayurveda, it is better to eat salad lightly stewed or boiled.

3. Flour

Refined flour called maida is extremely difficult to digest. Many Indian dishes are also made using it, such as bhature, naan etc. Most of the people don’t know that it tastes amazing but it causes stomach upset, even a chip in the intestines. This slows down the metabolism and worsens digestion.

4. Wheat Flour

Dishes made from wheat should be avoided in dinner. This is because wheat is such a grain, which is quite heavy for the stomach and it takes time to digest it. When you eat something made from wheat flour at night, it creates toxins in the body, which are not good for health.

5. Salt

Salt should also not be consumed after 7 pm. This is difficult for many people to do, especially if you are hosting a party. But salt increases the accumulation of water in the body. If we keep eating salt after 7 o’clock in the evening, then it will put our heart health at risk.
